Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges only. Rui does not offer refunds or returns. If a piece doesn't fit, we'll help you find the right size — that's the only exchange we facilitate.

Time window. Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Anything beyond this window will not be accepted, no exceptions.

Condition of the piece. The piece must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Tags must be intact and attached. The original packaging must be included. We reserve the right to reject an exchange if the garment shows any sign of wear, fragrance, staining, or alteration.

How to raise a request. Email rui.loomed@gmail.com with your order number, a photograph of the garment with the tag visible, and the size you are requesting. We will confirm eligibility within 24 hours.

Shipping. To initiate an exchange, ship the original piece back to us using any tracked courier of your choice — the return shipping cost is borne by you. Once we receive and inspect the garment, we'll ship the replacement to you at no charge. We cover the delivery of your new piece, always.

Subject to availability. Exchanges are subject to stock availability in your requested size. If your size is not available, we will issue a store credit valid for 90 days — no cash refund.

One exchange per order. Each order is eligible for one exchange request only.

What we do not accept. We will not process an exchange if the garment has been worn, washed, or altered; if tags have been removed; if the request is raised after 48 hours; or if the item was purchased during a sale or at a discounted price. Sale items are final sale.
